NuGale Pharmaceutical boasts a full complement of manufacturing capabilities from within its Level Ill HEPA filtered facility. We are continually increasing or replacing manufacturing equipment to provide finished product options to satisfy the retail market requirements.
The softgel (soft gelatin) capsule is a 2 piece, hermetically sealed shell wall filled with oils or non-aqueous liquids, plus solids in a paste or solution form. The shell provides a unique strength and durability while protecting the inner material from the atmospheric oxidation which could compromise the potency and shelf life of the medicinal and non-medicinal ingredients in the formulation. NuGale offers softgel manufacturing with a variety of gelatin options including, bovine, porcine, fish skin and our proprietary NuGel Veggie CapsTM.
As blending requirements are unique, we offer various options whether you require a wet or dry blend. Our Pharmaceutical Grade 3-D blender, with its duel action drum rotation, allows for a product to be blended completely. Our "V" Blender and 3MT blender are the work horses providing consistent and thorough blend for much larger productions.
We have developed a vast experience in manufacturing, filling and packaging of liquid products from single dose droppers bottles to complex Ready To Drink (RTD's) formulations. Our production scale allows for us to manufacture from trial batch to full scale production, in a variety of packaging options.
With multiple fully automated bottling and packaging lines with metal detection, we are able to consistently produce finished product packaging in a multitude of finished packaging options. From round, square and oblong bottles for capsules and softgel, to pouching and sachets for powders, to glass droppers and bottles for the liquid productions, as well as bulk packaging. We continue to acquire finished packaging equipment to meet with the market demands.
As some tablets, capsules and softgel provide additional benefit for the consumer with this additional process, we offer spray enteric coating. The benefit of this application will allow for the product to pass through the stomach intact without creating any undesirable effects, such as reflux caused by fish oil.
